Great service,fast and easy sending money

La app ahora te hace perder el tiempo con preguntas estúpidas. Antes cada envío tomaba 20 minutos y la otra persona podía retirar el dinero ahora tienes que esperar más de 2 horas y te hacen un sin fin de preguntas realmente apesto esto.

Hace más de un mes mi cuenta es suspendida por una disputa que hice con un banco, luego solucionó el problema y Remitly me pide una carta del banco, la cual subo el 31 de marzo de este año (2025) y me dicen que espere 24-48 horas para resolver el problema, así me han tenido durante 9 días, pasada cada 48 horas llamo y me dicen lo mismo” está en proceso” y el departamento encargado está trabajando, no dan respuestas claras y solo hablan de lo mismo y lo mismo, que juego y chiste es esta aplicación. Parece que solo tienen un par de personas en soporte o se hacen los pendejos, realmente que mal esta aplicación.

De principio fue genial pero después me cobró más, creo que fue por usarla por primera vez, y no sé si sea muy precisa o agarre más barato el dólar, según Google está en 20.50 en peso mexicano y en la app está en 19.00 más aparte la comisión de la app

Estoy usando la aplicación hace 2 años, no he tenido ningún inconveniente en el proceso de envío. Desde el principio hice el comparativo con las casas de envío tradicionales y la verdad, es casi lo mismo, la diferencia es muy pequeña en cuánto al dinero que le llega a mi destinatario!

I had been using the app to make transfers from USA to Ghana bank account. On my last transaction funds were deposited into account and then were reversed two days later. After talking to Remitly support they claimed they didn’t have ability to issue reversal and basically asked that I talk to Apple Pay even though their information shows up on my US bank account. In essence I had $2000 disappear from my account with no ability to trace the funds. Use them at your own risk
